The Wyoming Collection

The Wyoming Landscape Photography Collection is a portfolio of images created since 2005. Jansen began this particular project with the aim to witness and capture on film the immense beauty and solitude within the Cowboy State. While Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are indeed quite remarkable, the beauty of the vast expanses of mountains, deserts and prairie that lie beyond is staggering. Wyoming is the least populated state in the union, and as such, the human impact is minimal in many regions of the state. These images were made with either a large format 4x5 inch view camera or 6x7 cm medium format camera on Fujichrome Film.
