Jansen Gunderson's printing processes allow him to create prints of highest quality technologically possible. Jansen's prints are true chromogenic prints. They are imaged with a digital enlarger and processed using traditional RA-4 chemistry. The prints are sharper and have a greater tonal range than current inkjet prints. They are certified archival so they will endure many generations before showing any signs of fading. Each print is signed (and numbered if applicable) by Jansen Gunderson and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Jansen Gunderson Fine Art Photography does not typically offer matted or framed prints for sale through the website, but we are happy to offer free consultation on the presentation of your print. Occasionally, we will offer certain prints finished in frames for sale on the website, but our standard prints ship without matting or frames. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Open edition prints are made with no limits to how many Jansen will print. They come in the two smaller sizes of 11x14 and 16x20 inches. These prints are designed for the beginning photography collector and make excellent gifts. Because of their smaller size, they are easier and more economical to frame and display.
Limited edition prints are created for the true collector and photography connoisseur. These are very large and exquisitely crafted pieces of art that are perfect for your home or office. Limited Edition Prints are simply limited in their printing to only 200 prints of each size. As each edition sells out, the price increases, thereby adding value to the print you already own.
